By accessing and using TheTop10Tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Permitted Use
You may utilize our website and tools for personal or commercial logistics label preparation. Because our utilities operate inside client-side cache and do not transfer data to third parties, you maintain full ownership of all output files.
3. Usage Limits & Subscription Plans
We offer two usage tiers:
- Free Plan: Includes 5 free crops per tool per day. Ads are displayed to cover processing costs and website upkeep.
- Pro Plan: Offers unlimited document cropping, ad-free experience, and access to premium layout adjustments. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
4. Intellectual Property
All website interfaces, styling designs, brand names, code, algorithms, and source assets are owned by TheTop10Tools. Any trademarks (e.g. Meesho, Flipkart) referenced belong exclusively to their respective owners.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the cropped output labels will scan perfectly in all shipping warehouses due to printer hardware variations or user document scale selections.
